Our Origins Story

Sanaa Mothabisa is moulded by the magic of a multilingual, multicultural monument of history, he was born and blessed by Soweto’s iconic streets.

He is characterized by his unique ability to tell relatable human stories, with honesty and integrity.

Beginning his career as a creative researcher at Bomb Commercials, under the mentorship of Teboho Mahlatsi, he then established Sanaa Films. He has since moved on to directing and has created remarkable work for Istore, Spotify, Threeships, Momentum, and many other amazing brands.
